On properties that we have for sale - we can help and arrange a 70% mortgage to finance your property purchase, however - on certain properties that we do have, 100% mortgages are available on property in Spain that will value well not only with us but through the banks valuation.

In order to get your mortgage you will need to bring with you:
Your last / most recent P60
Three (3) wage slips
A valid passport
Spanish bank account (If you do not have one, we will be able to assist you in opening one).
Having a mortgage or mortgages in the UK will not affect you in any way in acquiring a Spanish mortgage on a Spanish property, however - in Spain you may only have a mortgage on only one other property.
